Watching Slumdog Millionaire Movie Together at SMP Pangerasan Bogor

The opportunity to watch movie together this time was enjoyed by 300 students and 11 teachers of SMP Pangerasan, Bogor, when watching Slumdog Millionaire film. This Indian film full of moral and social messages became a very meaningful learning tool for all students in the middle of existing limitations. “Never give up to anyone who wants to progress, and success belongs to those who want to struggle. This movie became one effective message delivery to the students’ character development process,” said Bapak Hery the headmaster.

This 2 hours movie was enjoyed by the students with some sitting on the chairs and the others on the floor in the 3 classrooms. Whatever facilities they had, that couldn’t demote their interest and concentration to watch this movie until it was ended. Other educational movies have been waited by the students to be played in their school on the next occasion.
